Key Qualities for BTS Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Advanced Degree
- A solid understanding of relevant content areas; interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a fluent command of the local office language
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A desire for extensive domestic and international travel (generally 50% to 75% of the year)
- A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a client organization
- A mature and professional demeanor

You aspire to manage your own multi-million dollar accounts within BTS. Eventually, you envision becoming a partner and being responsible for the growth of large segments of BTS's business portfolio.

You work well as a member of a team together with clients and other BTS employees.

Account Manager
